*Rooms are single occupancy in a large local family home to get a more

authentic Mexican experience.

If you pay a deposit in the booking form, you will be sent a Paypal invoice where you can make partial payments until the paid in full date of Sept 3, 2021. You will be sent frequent reminders to be on top of your payments. 

1. What is not included? Roundtrip flights to Oaxaca, COVID tests to participate in Passport Poppin's official trip itinerary, activities outside of the pre-planned official itinerary, souvenirs, and any other outside expenses not listed above. Travel insurance or coverage of expenses outside of the trip dates.
2. Where will I be staying? You will be staying with a local family in a large
home in Oaxaca, Mexico.

3. What are the travel requirements for Mexico? There are currently no travel requirements to enter Mexico. You will need to get a COVID test to re-enter into the USA. Should requirements change,
you will be informed.

4. How does the payment plan work? The payment plan works as follows: 
- $200 non-refundable deposit.
- You will receive a Paypal invoice via email after paying deposit where you can make partial payments until the final due date of the payment which is Sept 3, 2021. 
5. What airport should I fly into?
Fly into OAX airport. 

6. Is this all-inclusive? Partially. 2 meals per day are covered in this trip.
7. What is the age range of participants? This group is for 18+.
8. Is travel insurance included? When traveling, things happen. If you would like to purchase additional insurance coverage to protect you in this event,

8. Are there any refunds if I need to cancel for any reason? If you need to cancel on or before Sept 3, 2021 you will receive a full refund minus the $200 non-refundable deposit. Should you withdraw from the trip after Sept 3, 2021, you will forfeit all funds.
