1. Is this all-inclusive?

You will be staying at the all-inclusive adults only hotel TRS Yucatan in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It is located an hour and a half from the Cancun airport. TRS Yucatán Hotel is a premium hotel for adults only, whose services include: - 454 fully-equipped suites with 24-hour room service. - 6 à-la-carte restaurants and 6 bars exclusively for guests at the TRS Yucatán Hotel. -

2. What are the travel requirements for Mexico?

There are currently no travel requirements to enter Mexico. You will need to get a COVID test to re-enter into the USA. Visitors should fill out a health declaration website. Info updated as of 9.17.2021

3. Are there any payment plans? How do they work?

Yes, payment plans are available depending on when you decide to begin booking. Once filling out the booking form, you will be sent a quote for your departure airport and time. That pricing is subject to change until a minimum payment of the deposit + Passport Poppin service fee of $85 is made. After that first payment is made, your booking and pricing will be reserved and you can make payments at your leisure until the pay in full date seen on your confirmation email.

4. Is travel insurance included?

When traveling, things can happen. Rest assured that all trips booked with Passport Poppin include travel protetction. If you need to cancel, no worries. This will protect the cost of your flight, hotel, and airport transportation. The funds will be returned to you in the form of a travel credit that you can use to rebook a future trip with Passport Poppin.

5. Are there any cash refunds if I can't make the trip?

If you need to cancel for any reason, you will receive your funds in the form of a travel credit that you can use to rebook a future trip with Passport Poppin.

6. How do I make payments?

After completing the booking form on this page, you will be sent an email with a quote. Pricing is subject to change based on when you complete the booking form. Payments are accepted in the form of Zelle to the Passport Poppin business account or PayPal.

7. Are there any fees for using Passport Poppin?

Yes, there is a non-refundable service fee of $85 paid per person at the time of booking.
