We offer luxury travel planning services to take the stress out of getting to your next vacay and we provide amazing hosted group trips year-round! We strive to provide quality service for our travel friends- turned family. Our services are what we call "affordable luxury". We pride ourselves on providing the feeling of luxury through our nonstop careful services that are attentive to your every need. Our services don't stop when you book a trip, but when we get you back home safely! Know that when traveling with Passport Poppin, you're in for a SAFE and FUN adventure. Our group trips are perfectly curated to ensure that not only will you experience the best of a country, but also make new friends with your fellow group members. We are not the time of travel group where you have to have the perfect smile or perfect outfit to be considered a new friend. While we do looooove to look good, we also like to feel good too by being welcoming and open to new experiences and connections with our new travel family members. We are certain you won't regret joining us for a group trip.

But seriously, our group trips are meant to mix our love for authentic travel experiences along with creating genuine connections with others. The purpose of our group trips are to ensure that everyone has the best travel experience- totally stress-free- while making memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

All of our group trips include the following: - Gorgeous hotel or resort accommodations - Airport transfers in-destination - Welcome Mixer - Access to the exclusive Passport Poppin group - An amazing itinerary filled with unforgettable activities and excursions - Farewell Group Dinner - At least one open itinerary day to explore on your own or with your new travel friends - Transportation to all scheduled events - Dedicated On-site Passport Poppin staff to assist with any travel questions or concerns The list is not exhaustive. Our group trips are PACKED with value. Please see below the list of things not included typically on group trips. - Round trip flights to destination - Travel documents such as passports, visas, etc. - Vaccinations - Meals- unless stated on the specific group trip's page. - Cash refunds, or future credits. There are no cash refunds for the trips. All sales are final - Travel Insurance or protection - Any aditional excursions outside of the pre-planned official itinerary This list is not exhaustive. Yes! Secure your spot with a non refundable/non-transferrable deposit that goes towards the total cost of the trip. You can pay at your leisure as long as you make the minimum payments due on the due dates listed on your account when you register. Should you have any issues or need to postpone a payment, please contact us ASAP at letsgo@passportpoppin.com and we can try to work something out with you!

Yes, you must be ages 21+

If you are a solo traveler looking to connect and share a room with a new travel friend, we will do a roommate match for you with another traveler of the same gender and within the same age range. Please note that by booking this option solo, we will try to pair you with another solo traveler of the same sex. If you are not able to be paired with someone when we complete roommate matching, your booking will need to be upgraded to a Single Occupancy package at your own expense. We will work to pair you with someone, but if this should happen, we will notify you within 60 days of the trip.

If you need to cancel, all sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our team works to begin locking in all aspects of your trip and ensure that everything is taken care of from the moment you book. We won't be able to process any refunds or transfer funds to a future trip. Travel insurance is highly recommended
