We are looking to grow our Sales team and are seeking people who are not only passionate about travel, but those who have a go-getter mentality to drive sales for our group trips. Position Overview
The Group Sales Specialist is responsible for converting incoming travel inquiries into confirmed bookings for Passport Poppin’s group trips.

This role focuses on:

Speed-to-lead response

High-quality follow-up

Relationship-based selling

Consistent booking production

Proactive lead generation during slower periods

This is not a passive inbox role. It is a performance-driven sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Sales

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from:

Social media DMs
-
Email inquiries
-
Website submissions
-
Text messages
-
Phone calls
-

Educate potential travelers on trip details, pricing, payment plans, and policies
-
Overcome objections confidently and professionally
-
Guide clients through the booking process
-
Ensure clients complete checkout properly under your name selection

Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activity

Leverage personal networks to drive new interest

Maintain consistent outreach activity
Brand Representation

Represent Passport Poppin professionally across all platforms

Maintain brand voice, tone, and professionalism in all communication

Submit any branded promotional content for approval prior to posting

Protect client confidentiality and company information

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position.

Commission is earned on completed trip bookings you convert
