We charge a nominal $150 non-refundable flat rate service fee for all passengers. This service fee is separate from the total cost of your vacation. It is the fee we charge for our expert travel planning services. We believe in transparency and we do not add any additional fees to your booking.

Yes, our service fees are required to lock us in for us to begin planning your trip to perfection! We always make sure that the trip that you are dreaming of is realistic for the budget that you have in mind during our free travel planning chat so that once our service fee is paid, we can immediately begin planning your trip. We do also offer PayPal Pay Later where, upon approval, you can pay our service fee in 4 easy interest-free payments

Our full-service luxury travel planning includes, but is not limited to researching, planning, comparing packages, flight/hotel/airport transfer/travel protection packages, booking and managing excursions, building out full visual itineraries, continuous correspondence before, during, and even after travel, and creating a customized booking page for large groups over 10 rooms. We also take care of any issues that may arise during travel and we are one call away for anything from the moment you begin working with us!

Yes! We have 2 flexible payment plan options to pay for your vacation. 1. Passport Poppin Payment Plan: Put a deposit on the package you like the most then you can pay whatever and whenever until the full payment is due as shown on your booking confirmation. Typically deposits on packages range between $250-$400 per person. (This payment plan is a good option for trips booked further in advance more than 3 months. The final payment is usually due around 30-45 days before departure) 2. Uplift Payment Plan: Pay your reservation in full by choosing Uplift at checkout. This option allows you to have smaller monthly payments over an extended period of time up to 36 months to cover your vacation. This option has a soft credit check for eligibility. Our trip planning service fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable once we have already been locked in as your travel designers. However, the money paid directly towards your trip for your flight and hotel is covered with travel protection and you will receive the money back in the form of a travel credit that you can use to rebook a future trip with our travel suppliers. For excursions, it is at the discretion of the tour operator depending on when the cancellation is made if a credit or cash refund will be provided. Rebooking service fees are quoted and vary depending on the extent to the planning services and new arrangements that need to be made. First we receive your completed form and service fee. Next, we will send the lead passenger a hotel list to review and choose their top picks. We will then send the full package pricing for the top picks so you can compare the options. Once you have decided the package you like most, we will manually create the booking in our system and send booking confirmation and a secure payment link to add the deposit or full payment to the booking. After this is done, we will begin building our your itinerary with things to do. We do this by send fun options of great things to do in destination. From there, we are just one call/text away to assist you before and during travel until you get back home safely!
