We are a Black Woman-Owned, full-service travel agency providing perfectly planned travel experiences to world adventurers! We have been around since 2019. We offer luxury travel planning services to take the stress out of getting to your next vacay and we provide amazing hosted group trips year-round! We strive to provide quality service for our travel friends- turned family. Our services are what we call "affordable luxury". We pride ourselves on providing the feeling of luxury through our nonstop careful services that are attentive to your every need. Our services don't stop when you book a trip, but when we get you back home safely! Know that when traveling with Passport Poppin, you're in for a SAFE and FUN adventure. Our group trips started, because we LOVE to travel, but HATE to do it alone! We perfectly curate each detail to ensure that not only will you experience the best of a country, but also make new friends with your fellow group members. We are not the type of travel group where you have to have the perfect smile or outfit to be considered a new friend. Booking a group trip with us means joining a TRAVEL FAMILY of people who are open-minded, kind, and ready for an adventure in a new country! Each trip includes specific items listed on its individual booking page. At a minimum, all trips include: • Hotel accommodations • Airport transfers on the designated arrival/departure dates and to/from the designated airport • Curated activities and excursions as listed • Support via email and group communication (e.g., GroupMe)

- Roundtrip international flights to the destination - Travel insurance/protection - Travel requirements such as visas or vaccinations to enter the country - Additional meals or activities not listed. - Transportation from any other airport besides the one listed on each country's information page - Anything else not mentioned on the booking page of the trip.

Some group trips include a stay at all-inclusive resorts, while others are at boutique hotels. It is best to read through each trip's itinerary to determine the type of accommodations.

Yes! Secure your spot with a non refundable/non-transferrable deposit that goes towards the total cost of the trip. Each group trip has its own individual payment plan listed on the booking page. Trips departing in 2026 and beyond will have automated payments using the saved card on file. Should you have any issues or need to postpone a payment, please contact us ASAP at letsgo@passportpoppin.com (letsgo@passportpoppin.com)and we can try to work something out with you!

Yes, you must be ages 21+

Travel protection is not included. All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance is highly suggested. When you are ready to book, you will be prompted to choose travel insurance at checkout to add to your booking. All purchased plans for travel insurance are totally separate and Passport Poppin does not guarantee coverage.

If you need to cancel, all sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our team works to begin locking in all aspects of your trip and ensure that everything is taken care of from the moment you book. We won't be able to process any refunds or transfer funds to a future trip. Travel insurance is highly recommended
