Our Travel Design Services take the stress out of planning your getaway! Your Travel Designer will research and compare travel options for up to two destinations and coordinate your flights, hotel, airport transfers, travel protection, excursions, payment plans, and other trip details. You’ll also receive a customized itinerary before departure and travel-related support throughout your experience.Your retainer includes one initial package proposal and up to two revisions based on your original trip request. Major changes—such as changing destinations, travel dates, or significantly changing your budget—may require an additional Travel Design Retainer.For large groups requiring 10+ rooms, we’ll also create a customized booking page for your travelers.

Yes. A non-refundable Travel Design Retainer is required before our team begins researching and designing your getaway.1 traveler: $1252–4 travelers: $2805–9 travelers: $40010+ travelers: Custom group pricing from $750Your retainer covers the professional research, planning, coordination, and support provided by your Passport Poppin Travel Designer. Please note, this retainer is separate from the cost of your trip. Want to add more travelers later? No problem. We love when the group chat grows! Your retainer is based on the total number of travelers receiving Travel Design Services.If adding travelers moves your group into the next pricing tier, you'll simply pay the difference before we begin providing services for the additional travelers. For example, if you originally paid the $280 retainer for 2–4 travelers and later add a 5th traveler, your group moves to the $400 tier and the remaining $120 will be due.If your group grows to 10 or more travelers, our Custom Group Planning rates will apply. Any retainer already paid will be credited toward your updated planning retainer.

Yes, our Travel Design Retainer is required to secure our services for us to begin planning your trip to perfection! We always make sure that the trip that you are dreaming of is realistic for the budget that you have in mind during our free travel planning chat so that once our retainer is paid, we can immediately begin designing your trip.

Yes! We offer two flexible ways to pay for your vacation:1. Vendor-Specific Payment PlanMany of our travel partners allow you to secure your vacation package with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over time. Deposit amounts and final payment deadlines are set by the travel vendor, not Passport Poppin, and will vary by package.Deposits are typically $250–$400 per person. After your deposit, you can make payments whenever you’d like and in whatever amount works for you, as long as your vacation is paid in full by the vendor’s final payment deadline—typically 30–45 days before departure.This option is best for travelers booking more than 3 months in advance.2. FlexPay FinancingWant smaller monthly payments over a longer period? Eligible travelers can finance their vacation through FlexPay, a third-party financing provider, with payment terms of up to 36 months. Eligibility is determined through a soft credit check.This can be a great option when booking closer to departure. Your Travel Designer can let you know if FlexPay is available for your selected package.

Our trip planning service fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable once we have already been locked in as your Travel Designers.However, for your personal booking the money paid directly towards your trip for your flight and hotel is covered with travel protection and you will receive the money back in the form of a travel credit that you can use to rebook a future trip with our travel suppliers. For excursions, it is at the discretion of the tour operator depending on when the cancellation is made if a credit or cash refund will be provided.Rebooking service fees are quoted and vary depending on the extent to the planning services and new arrangements that need to be made. To rebook, passengers can reach out to their designated Travel Designer or via our website contact form.

First we receive your completed form and service fee. Next, we will send the lead passenger a hotel list to review and choose their top picks. We will then send the full package pricing for the top picks so you can compare the options. Once you have decided the package you like most, we will manually create the booking in our system and send booking confirmation and a secure payment link to add the deposit or full payment to the booking. After this is done, we will begin building our your itinerary with things to do. We do this by send fun options of great things to do in destination. From there, we are just one call/text away to assist you before and during travel until you get back home safely!
